BNCEP provides Chief Executive Officers with personalized coaching to enhance problem-solving skills, foster innovation, and optimize workplace effectiveness. Our executive coaching program is designed to refine leadership abilities and achieve specific objectives. Members have the option to engage in six sessions with one of our certified coaches or seek assistance in overcoming a particular challenge.

Beverly Williams

  • Background: 20+ years in HR, L&D, marketing, and organizational development across banking, tech, and global investment firms.
  • Expertise: Executive coaching, talent development, emotional intelligence, and energy leadership.

Dr. George James

  • Background: Licensed therapist, CEO of George Talks, and media contributor (TODAY Show, CNN).
  • Expertise: Mental health, leadership, and relationships; consults for Disney, Paramount, Google.
  • Style: Relatable, insightful, and engaging across personal and professional domains.

Dr. Faith Dyson-Washington

  • Background: Psychologist and former CEO of Community Behavioral Health (managed $1.4B Medicaid budget).
  • Expertise: Women’s mental health, executive coaching, clinical operations, and healthcare policy.
  • Honors: Named a Healthcare Power Player and appointed to PA’s Behavioral Health Commission.

Darryl Bundrige
