The sociopolitical climate is ever changing, and it has shaped the public funding and regulatory landscape. To help us gain a clear and actionable perspective on the shifts, BNCEP is coordinating a CEO Roundtable discussion on Wednesday, October 21 at noon with political strategist Joe Hill at the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. Our roundtables are intended to be open and candid spaces to unpack the challenges we are facing in an off the record style.

 Joe Hill currently serves as Managing Director at Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies and is the co-founder of Black Leadership Pennsylvania. He has previously served as the statewide political director and deputy campaign manager for Governor Tom Wolf’s reelection campaign, as well as a senior advisor to U.S. Senator Bob Casey, Jr., Joe brings insights and a strong grasp of local, state, and federal administrative dynamics.

 In this candid session, Joe will share insights on how we can:

• Strategically protect mission-driven funding amid shifting federal priorities.
• Analyze upcoming midterm elections and what the outcomes mean for Greater Philadelphia.
• Build and strengthen executive branch relationships to keep our organizations at the table.
• Safeguard community advocacy and ensure our voices remain central to public policy.
