This session supports board and executive leaders in identifying gaps, leveraging strengths, and planning for the leadership needed to advance strategy, finance, fundraising, and governance in today’s environment.
Designed for CEOs/Executive Directors and Board Chairs, participants will gain a clear framework for effective board management, including key governance policies and practices. Leaders will walk away with actionable approaches to oversight, delegation, meeting cadence, advisor engagement, and policy development—ensuring boards and committees are equipped to govern with clarity, accountability, and purpose.
