Organizational Resilience Academy

The Organizational Resilience Academy is a focused leadership development program for nonprofit executives and board members. The sessions are led by Leslie Marant, JD, CDE, an attorney, strategist, executive advisor and expert on advancing equity and organizational resilience.  Across four in-person sessions and two optional virtual labs, participants will:
– Recommit to mission alignment in the face of external hostility
– Define their organization’s risk tolerance and adopt protective strategies
– Assess and revise language in mission statements, policies, and communications
– Develop unified communication strategies that align boards, staff, and stakeholders

Format:
– Four two-hour sessions (In-person)
– Two optional virtual Open Labs for applied support
– Cohort size: 20 to 25 executive leaders and board members
