Annual Wellness Retreat

The retreat is an opportunity to promote well-being, community-building, and rejuvenation

Recharge to Lead, Reflect to Grow.

Join us for the third annual BNCEP Wellness Retreat, a two-day immersive experience designed to support your personal and leadership well-being. Held at the scenic Lambertville Station Inn on November 6–7, this year’s retreat invites you to fully embody the theme: pause. connect. emerge.

You’ll step away from the demands of daily leadership to pause—for self-reflection, rest, and reconnection. This year’s retreat features renowned facilitators and expert practitioners offering sessions tailored to the lived experiences of Black nonprofit executives. Grounding experiences will span a range of practices—from breathwork and somatic movement to meditation, journaling, connecting with nature and plants, and healing through food and cooking.

Fellowship will be rooted in joy and shared through nourishing meals, peer circles, and creative expression—whether sketching by the river, moving in rhythm, or simply pausing together in stillness. You’ll experience the joy of community and the power of collective restoration.

From this space of rest and connection, you’ll emerge with renewed clarity, energy, and tools to lead with intention. Together, we’ll unpack habits and expectations that no longer serve us and reimagine leadership that is spacious, sustainable, and liberatory
