Professional Mentorship

Connecting emerging Black leaders with experienced professionals to foster growth, skill development, and career advancement.

BNCEP is garnering the power of mentorship to support our members to build social capital, bridge connections in their area of expertise, and become more resourceful. Through a group mentorship structure, members engage in a cohort experience led, by a seasoned nonprofit professional who support the group to:

  • Connect members to “activities” that promote well-being & self-care.
  • Deepen their knowledge and ability to navigate the nonprofit context in the Greater Philadelphia Region.
  • Increase access to resources that benefit their initiatives, programs, and organization overall
  • Support members navigate professional challenges and/or innovation.

As a part of the cohort experience, members benefit from bi-monthly activities which include roundtable discussions and presentations from nonprofit leaders, social events, and skill-shares!
