About Our Programs

BNCEP provides customized programs to help our members build personal power, increase social capital, and deepen their professional expertise and skills for effective organizational leadership and social impact. Through BNCEP academies, members participate in workshops that help them refine skills and share resources in tactical areas where they’ve requested support. Academies include but are not limited to administrative management, board engagement, fiscal management, fundraising and development, leadership engagement, team building and management. Our Executive Coaching is provided to our Presidents and CEO’s, offering individual sessions or informal discussions to assist with navigating leadership challenges and/or fostering innovation in alignment with their professional objectives. BNCEP’s professional mentorship program creates opportunities for members to build relationships with nonprofit experts and peer leaders to share resources, leverage social/cultural capital, address challenges, explore solutions, and foster collective leadership.
